Dear Seniors, kindly check if this leave policy is okay or not. Your suggestions are required in this case.
• 2 PL allowed per month, i.e., 24 PL per fiscal.
• These leaves can be carried forward to the next month and thereafter, i.e., 24 leaves can be accumulated in a fiscal.
• These leaves, either per month allowed or accumulated, can be availed in one tranche. However, they shall not exceed 8 leaves in one tranche. With function head approval in case of an emergency, this can be extended up to 15 leaves in one tranche.
• If no leave is availed, these will be considered as lapsed and will not carry forward to the next fiscal. However, 6 leaves are permissible to be carried forward to the next fiscal.
• If 30 leaves of an accumulated nature are attained, this will be automatically paid as per the prevailing basic basis, if not availed.
