Very difficult to speculate. The parliament needs to clear the bill before it's signed by the President so that it becomes an act. Currently, the parliamentary consultative committee is in dialogue with various industrial bodies like CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, etc., since many members of these associations have directly informed these bodies about their reservations. Despite this, the government is keen to pass the bill but wants to follow the protocol. How much time it will take is anybody's guess.
