A few weeks ago, I asked a question: if the factory manager opens the industry on a weekly off and calls for duty for any worker or staff employee, is this right or wrong as per the act? In this regard, I received information as follows: "Hi, the Factory Manager needs to obtain approval from the Labour Department before three days with a valid reason and compensate within three days."

Continuing on from this, I would like to know which Act and Section are applicable for the statement "Factory Manager needs to obtain approval from the Labour Department before three days with a valid reason and compensate within three days." Please suggest to me.
