I am working in a BPO Company in Tamil Nadu. I would like to know the minimum wages for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled employees as per the Tamil Nadu Minimum Wages Act for the BPO Industry. Some say minimum wages differ from district to district in the same state. I need help or advice on this.
