Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am a new recruiter. I tried to source technical graduates, arts and science graduates, freshers, or candidates with 1+ years of experience. However, it is very difficult to find them through references. Can anyone help me source candidates easily? The company is not ready to advertise in magazines. What are all the sources to recruit candidates? Please help me.

Hello Manish,
I suggest trying the free job portals - you will find many opportunities by using the 'research' facility at the top of this page or by simply googling. Some portals also offer initial free usage before charging. These are the best options when you have resource constraints.
All the best.

Hello S.K. Sundararajan,
I guess that's what this forum, CiteHR, is meant for: sharing what one knows with others who need it the most, be it information, experiences, suggestions, or guidance for another person's situations or problems. If one wishes to keep his/her secrets to himself/herself, I can only surmise the world would soon become too warped and constricted as we live our lives. I suggest trying 'sharing' your secrets/ways and seeing the difference in yourself. The joy of 'sharing/giving' far outweighs anything one can get in 'taking'. That the other person also benefits is just a collateral one.
