Explore the citehr website for issues in salary structure. Learn about gratuity acts. Be clear on the Bombay Shops and Establishment Acts, the slab of professional tax, and income tax deduction details.
A good understanding of the above details will help you secure a job in a Generalist profile. Knowledge of the Payment of Wages Act and Bonus Acts will be an added advantage.

The first step is to join a small-scale industry (SSI unit) as an HR trainee/assistant. Start by learning the basics and gaining preliminary experience by working in a small-scale company. Work in such a company for at least a year. Then, slowly transition to larger companies. In the meantime, continue to browse this wonderful site (CIteHr.com).
