I am interested in knowing if any of you know how to access local labor market data. For example, what are the salary ranges for various job classifications in the private sector? I have been asked to do consulting on appropriate pay grades and pay ranges for small manufacturing organizations in Abu Dhabi (not in free zones), but I haven't a clue where to find comparative data. Does anyone have any ideas?
