Maybe you can check on PayScale - Salary Comparison, Salary Survey, Wages. I am not sure if they charge something. You can just try a sample.

Moreover, it has to be relevant to your industry, sector, segment, etc. You will have to conduct your survey or engage an expert consultant in the salary survey field. I suggest the consultancy 'Cerebrus Consultants' in Mumbai and Pune. They also operate in other locations. You will need to invest both time and money to obtain quality inputs.
