Creating Email IDs for a Newly Set Up Public Limited Company
Kindly suggest how to create an email ID for a newly set up public limited company. To whom should we approach to generate email IDs by the company name? What will be the main server for these email IDs? Are these IDs linked with the company's website? How do we control spam? If we are sending any mail to others, how can they download the attachments?
Kindly solve my above-mentioned problem.

You will have to buy a domain name first from a domain website. In this domain name package, there are options to buy space for an email ID and a website. Depending on your requirements, you can purchase space and the number of email IDs.

Process for Setting Up Email IDs
The process is that a domain name is purchased and set up on a server, either internal or through a hosting provider (I prefer a hosting provider since that eliminates hardware/server costs). Depending on your server OS, the email ID is configured. Email IDs are best formatted as 'first name (dot) last name', but some use 'first name (dot) last initial' or a combination of methods.
The IT team usually restricts mailbox size, which includes the size of attachments and storage space on the messaging server, based on roles and responsibilities. They grant access to webmail or a webmail/mobile interface, again based on need.
Hope this helps.
