I have just started in an NGO, and one of my first tasks is to develop and implement HR policies. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could advise me on what HR policies are legally compulsory. I would also appreciate any sample policies to get an idea of structure and format.

Many thanks for your response. The NGO is responsible for sustainable development in local villages in the area (i.e., water, sanitation, health, etc.). Would appreciate any help you can provide on this?
