Dear Monica, Good morning, thank you for your valuable information. As per UAE Law, I am compliant with all legal requirements. My company has a workforce of 50 employees, and currently, we do not have an HR department. I have 4 years of experience in the HR field in the UAE. However, since my company is US-based, I would appreciate your assistance in identifying areas where I need to improve and in introducing new policies.

HR policies have two crucial aspects: 1. Mandatory and 2. Productivity. While it's easy to handle the mandatory legal aspects, converting HR policies into a powerful tool for improving productivity needs a bit more thought and innovation. You should first look at the long-term objectives (could be a five-year plan) of your company and then design a program that will take all your employees to a level from where they can contribute and add business value.
Please tell a bit more about the domain you are in, the level of competition, etc. Alternatively, if you share your email, my colleague in Dubai can assist you with the preliminaries.
Cheers,
