Brainstorm your research problem, write the sub-problems and research questions that will help you to solve them. Locate the related sources and start searching in some online databases and library catalogs. This is your initiative towards literature.

Take two of the studies from the mentioned sectors and compare the relevant information. Create a list of the desired subjects and keep updating them. Develop and maintain the data collected. For recording your findings, use note cards. Make copies of the resource pages when they contain a lot of relevant information that will help you address your research problem.
