I am going to start a contractor business for erection and fabrication. I am going to register for this. For labor supply in companies, should I have to take another registration for labor supply?

You will have to get yourself registered under the Contract Labour Act. If you are employing more than 20 persons, get your firm registered under the PF Act. Apart from that, you should also obtain a service tax number.
