Dear,

In my opinion, if you are a licensed contractor or otherwise covered under this Act, then you are required to submit the half-yearly return in the form prescribed under the Central or State CL(R&A) Rules, whichever is applicable in your case, to the concerned Licensing Officer.

Please refer to the below link for the half-yearly return under the Contract Labour Act (Form XXIV) and the Annual Return under the Minimum Wages Act (Form III): [CiteHR - CL Act Form 24](https://www.citehr.com/316623-cl-act-form24.html)

Dear Member,

Welcome to CiteHR.

This is to inform you that the Contract Labour (R&A) Act of 1970 does not provide us with any forms. Forms are provided by the Rules; therefore, first, determine which of the State or Central Rules are applicable in your case, and then refer to the applicable Rules to obtain the format of the half-yearly return to be submitted to the Licensing Officer concerned.
