Know The Power Of PRAYER
- Prayer time is never wasted time.
- Prayer brings momentum to our life.
- Prayer is not a monologue but a dialogue.
- Prayer alone proves that you trust God.
- Prayer provides Power, Poise, and Peace to us.
- Prayers can't be answered until they are prayed.
- Prayer is not a gadget we use when nothing else works.
- Frequent kneeling will keep you in good standing with God.
- Pray with your eyes toward God, not toward your problems.
- Every time we pray, our horizon is altered, and our attitude to change is altered.
- The greatest tragedy of life is not unanswered prayer, but unoffered prayer.
- The highest purpose of prayer is not to change circumstances, but to change us.
- Prayer may not change all things for you, but it surely changes you for all things.
We must move from asking God to take care of the things that are breaking our hearts to praying about the things that are breaking His heart.

It is a refreshing experience for me this morning to read those powerful lines. Thanks a lot for this post. The enlightening line is that "prayer is not a monologue but a dialogue." True, it is a conversation with God. Whom can we pour our hearts to if not to God? Excellent. The last line, as Sowmya said, brings awareness that through prayer you can handle any change.

Dear Sri AVS Jai, that is a very elaborate prayer. People do pray for veritable reasons. At times, people ask only for trivial things. Way back at the end of the 19th century, the famous poet Alfred Tennyson created a beautiful verse on prayer. I hope everyone would like the same.
