Hi All, it is true that "more work, less money," but we don't have to ignore our satisfaction. Nowadays, in HR functions, everywhere you see that manpower is low, and the burden of work is high. There are few companies that have separate departments for each HR activity, but if you want to learn, then small companies are good.
So, in my opinion, to some extent, we can consider it, but not for a long duration.
