HI Everyone,
I am in an IT company, we want to design a policy for employees who joins as a fresher, any bond kind of thing. reason being most of the people joins as a fresher, we train them, they learn things over here and after a year they leave the job. And the reason they give is either further study or financial growth etc.
Please help me out for designing such policy.

Even we face the same problem da and most of the compancies. so we came up with 2 years bond and at the time of joining, they must submit there original academic credentials... we have just started these bond stuff.. Lets hope the best results..

Lots of organizations are facing this type problem. So i would like to suggest that you should make a policy for joins as a fresher. but if bond are there, good candidate never ready with the bond for long period. please make that type of policy which is beneficial for both (Employer - Employee).
Please focus on these points (Which is affect on new joins).
1) Probation Period & confirmation
2) Office Timing
3) Organization Culture
4) Performance appraisal Policy
5) Contract Agreement

If you enforce the bond, surely you will lose the good candidate.
The problem here is in training,
1.while training you should give them some good environment.
2. You should treat them fairly.
3. They will surely do some mistake, you should correct the mistake by softly.
And one more reason is good candidate will always look for better opportunity. So conduct some psychological test to understand their mentality and try to change that.
Pay them little bit more than market rate, so that if they look for job also, while coming to salary negotiation. They will say this is my current CTC, so the new company they are joining will reject this candidate.
