One of our units, i.e., a separate establishment, currently has no employees working, but the establishment is operational. We have been in contact with the Labour Welfare Office, who advised that the employer's contribution to labour welfare must continue until the necessary documents are submitted for closure.

I would appreciate your guidance on the matter of labour welfare contributions in a scenario where no employees are working, but the establishment is still operational.
