For freshers, leaves are not applicable as they are trainees in the organization. Upon completion of the training period (probation period), employees become eligible to enjoy leaves as per the organization's standards or leave policy.

Please refer to the research block above for more details.

Calculation of CL/SL

Hello, 6 Casual Leaves and 6 Sick Leaves are provided in a year. Employees who join before completing half of the year (June) are eligible for 6 CL/6 SL. However, those who join after June (in July) are only eligible for 3 SL/3 CL. As per my understanding, this is the policy for SL/CL.

Hi there, Please note that newly joined employees are entitled 50% of their annual leave only after completion of 6 months in service employees on probation cannot be entitled to annual leave.

The best solution is to divide the number of leaves by 12 and see how many come per month. Then, segregate it with 1 sick leave and 1/2 day casual leave per month. Annual leaves are generally 2 per month. But all depends on company policy.
