Dear friends, I recently resigned from a company in the UAE and returned to India. I have a valid UAE Employment visa in hand, but I haven't traveled yet. I have received another job offer from a different company in the UAE. I am currently in India. Can I go to the UAE again without canceling the old employment visa? Also, am I allowed to visit other GCC countries? Please reply urgently.

Yes, you can go and inform the Embassy with proof of joining a new company to obtain a certificate of employment from your current employer. There is a fee applicable to the new employer, so please reconsider the fee and discuss it with your current employer.

If you have completed more than 2 years, then an NOC (No Objection Certificate) is not required. You can join another company once you have canceled your visa.

I am giving more details on this. I came back from Dubai with the right procedure. My company canceled my residence visa, and I got the canceled stamp in my passport. After coming back to India, I got an employment visa, but I don't want to go on that visa because I received another good offer from another company in Dubai. Can I get a visa for my new offer?
