Hi,

The article about RECRUITMENT is very nice. Thank you for sharing the knowledge. In fact, I would like to add something before the induction program. I think that there will be a "compensation negotiation" between the hiring manager and the candidate, which is an important process before recruiting a candidate.

There might be a slight mistake in the preparation process, such as psychometric test, negotiation, offer, follow-up, reference check, joining, and induction. Please review this process again.
