Hi Nisha,
There's nothing to worry about. Your clues to this subject may be in the HR department of BALCO. Also, you may have to contact a few of the other heads of departments and understand 'what makes them retain their talented employees'. There is so much material that the personnel department circulates interdepartmentally. Get a look at that stuff.
Search the web for any scripts on this topic. You may also find scripts in this forum, but you have to search patiently.
Okay? Feel free to post me or email me at
. Sometimes, I am on Yahoo Messenger too.
Have a nice time.
Goodbye,

Dear Nisha,
To do a project report, you have to have two types of data:
1. Primary data
2. Secondary data - which you might be aware of.
One of these data types can be collected from books, magazines, periodicals, websites, newspapers, etc. The other type of data requires a practical approach, i.e., person-to-person. Since you are working on a project related to a company, as you mentioned Balco, you need to gather details on 'how and what' Balco's approach is towards its employees in terms of talent retention. If Balco is not supportive, Nisha, consider changing the company to complete your project. It may not be easy, but it is necessary to finish your report.
You may already be aware of all this, but there is only so much I can do to help you. Thank you for reading my message.
I hope you find success at Balco. I remain.
Regards,
VENU

Hi Nisha,
How are you? It was the 17th of last month when I last posted to you, and today is the 17th. Exactly a month has passed. I was just curious to know if your project phase is over and how did you get through. What do you say? Can you share your experiences?
