I have a complete project on the title submitted above ,but need to prepare a synopsis selecting few points and a format as per my institute which consist of
[B]Title of the Project
Statement about the problem– Clearly define the problem in terms of nature, size and scope of the project that you will study in your project work.
Objectives and scope of the study - Reasons for selecting the topic have to be explained along with the applicability or usefulness of the project idea. What contribution the project can make in the selected organization or in similar situations should be identified and stated.
Methodology – It is necessary to explain the criteria for selection of sample size if survey is to be undertaken. Statistical methods that would be used for the same should be mentioned. Questionnaire that would be used to undertake the project work should be prepared on likert scale. Methods that would be used for classification and interpretation of the data should be identified and mentioned.
Chapterisation scheme – A brief outline of the chapters to be included in the project report.
If anyone could help me with above things to be fulfilled then i shall be highly obliged.

Yes, you are absolutely right. I have asked one of my friends to provide me a project on HR. As I am a student doing MBA in correspondence, I cannot devote enough time to prepare a project of my own. Moreover, we are not provided with any faculty to guide us further here in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Therefore, I am working on the same project.
Please consider the above and provide me with assistance if you can.

I am an MBA student, just like you, completing my course through correspondence. I, too, have issues finding a faculty guide or any guide (subject matter expert) to supervise and help me complete my project. I'm interested to know if someone has agreed to be your project guide and how did you find that person?
Secondly, with no offense, I was also curious to know how you will manage to answer questions during your project viva without having done anything practically by yourself...?
