Being a Recruitment Analyst, I would like to know what all data points we should capture to present in reports. Apart from general recruitment data points such as the number of joinees, offers, and SLAs for closing new requirements, are there any other data points that we can look at to track our performance (Recruitment process and Recruiters) and to understand where we stand in comparison to other software industries?

Hi,
This advice is valid if you are working as a team manager: track attrition at hiring, training, and pilot/production phases. A good recruiter may hire all that you need, but how many of them contribute meaningfully is to be seen. Raise the entry barriers, i.e., make it really difficult for people to enter. If all BPOs follow this, people would think several times before quitting. This advice is based on COPC guidelines.
