Dear Bhumi,
To start with RnR activity, you first need to have a detailed KRA and KPI report of the employees or departments. Based on the KRAs and KPIs, you need to set certain targets in coordination with the Heads of the Departments. Achieving or overachieving these targets can make the employees eligible for rewards for the month. You also need to create performance tracking forms tailored to your industry or organizational functions.
For example, in my IT company, we track the performance of web developers based on error-free, client-oriented coding and framing they produce. Similarly, for the Business Development team, we track performance based on their monthly sales targets.
You can prepare forms for tracking performance in a similar manner. It is at your discretion if you want to conduct RnR activities on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Accordingly, you can reward the winners with certificates, shopping vouchers, or movie tickets.
