While the presentation is good, you have not mentioned anything about "procrastination." You need to include this phrase as well. Additionally, you can also incorporate something about "SWOT Analysis" when setting your career goals. It might also be beneficial to involve your team members in setting these goals. I have attached the document on the same. If you wish, you can review it as well.

The presentation has good content, but I would suggest that you include some hard-hitting pictures related to your topic to make the presentation more interesting. As the process owner of the training function in my division, this is one thing I have come to understand from my interactions with professional trainers: pictures convey a lot of messages and give a significant boost to your content.
