PPT is ok, however I feel delivery with this PPT is very important, and it will depend on the person who gives the delivery. Content is very short and leaves lot for presenter.

Top of the head that came to mind while I was going through the materials, the points you have provided don't necessarily speak of leadership skills but rather tips to be an effective leader (my opinion).
