Your question regarding leave can be answered as follows: Leave with wages in S&CE Act is when an employee is eligible for 1 day of leave with wages after every 20 working days in the case of adults, and 1 day every 15 days in the case of a young person. For more information, please refer to the S&CE Act-Chapter IV.

- **Casual Leave:** 12 days leave per annum.
