Hi friends, I am Ronnie. I have just completed my MBA from Nagpur University. I am still left with my Project viva. I just want to know if we are supposed to give a PowerPoint presentation to the external. My major is HR, and the topic for my project is Training Needs Identification. How should I start with it? What should be the contents of my presentation? How many slides do I need at a minimum? What should I cover in my presentation so that I am able to complete it within 5-10 minutes? I want to make it as simple as possible. I have only one week. I want to start with it as soon as possible. So, guys, please help me with your tips and suggestions.

Hi Shreya,
Sorry for replying late. I guess there was a server problem with this site. Thanks a lot, Shreya. That was something more than I expected. The way you helped me, so many things you added, like do's and don'ts, I'll keep in mind whatever points you told me. And I'll refer to the link for PPTs and slide shows. Since I have never faced this before, I'm quite nervous. The way you explained, Shreya, even my faculty never explained to me in such a manner. I'm grateful to citehr. People here are so helpful and thorough with their knowledge. It's just been a week since I've been regular on this site. I wish I had done this long time back. I'm enjoying and increasing my knowledge every day.
Thanks a ton for your wishes. I'll try my best and will definitely let you know how it was. If possible, I'll attach my PPT too.
