Hi all,
Working as Software engineer. I recently joined MNC company after reliving from a startup company where i worked for 1 year 6 months. I served 2 months notice period having tough time with my technical lead & manager there.
As i know the HR person of the previous company very well, i gave his reference with contact mail ID. Recently HR person called me and informed that management asked him not to respond to background verification of mine and also he got so many reminders through mail from my present organization to process my background verification .
What can i do now??
Regards

Ashwin ,
I feel very bad for the situation which you are facing now .
I think its better to consult your previous management about this . If not you can ask your present company to consult the management instead of old HR.
They may give reply for your management . As per the norms companies need to give feedback to the employee back ground verification.
