Guys, I searched but couldn't find a format for Employee assessment/employee evaluation for a Software Company. If anyone could post a sample format, it would be really useful. Honestly, I did not search all posts... obviously, it takes a long time. If anyone knows if this format exists in Cite HR, please redirect or just post the link.

Hi HRX,

Thank you, buddy :) I needed an Employee Assessment for use in the Appraisal process, like an Appraisal form, but not exactly an Appraisal. It should include:

- Employee attendance report: overtime worked, leaves, punctuality
- Actual job-related aspects: time taken to finish assignments, tasks
- A rating column for HR, technical lead

It should rate in points/grades and evaluate the overall performance of an employee. My requirements may seem like I need to opt for customized software. Since the evolution of the World Wide Web, everything is available; some are even free. If you find any other sources, please get back.
