Dear All,

One of our employees joined us last week, but he has not come in for the past three days, and he has not informed us about his absence. Our Management Committee has decided to terminate or cancel his offer of appointment letter. We would like to communicate this decision to the employee through his personal email.

Could someone please provide me with a format for a termination letter for this situation?

Hi,

I saw the Termination Letter. It's good; however, I have completely different views. We, as an organization, should not terminate the employee in the first instance. At least, we should give the employee a chance to present his or her case. Maybe, due to some unforeseen situation, he or she could not make it to report to the office or whatever reason.

The employee should first be sent a show cause letter (vetted by Legal) and then terminated after 3-4 days. I don't know, it's my opinion.

Dear All,

I am working as an Executive HR for the past two years. We caught two of our employees red-handed stealing finished products. We are going to terminate their employment immediately.

Please forward me the termination letter format.

Hi, my name is Tracy. Could you please assist me with how to issue/write a termination letter to the part-time cleaner due to her absence from duty for 2 weeks without informing?

Your early reply is much appreciated.

Dear All,

We have an employee who worked with us for a couple of months. He has taken too many leaves very often with no communication. We discussed with him not to repeat this; this time he went on leave from 15th July, and there is no communication. Due to clients' requirements, we have decided to terminate his employment and replace his position.

Kindly let us know the termination letter that can suit this situation.

Dear Sachin,

For the past two years, you haven't terminated any employees. That's great! In times of recession, many companies are letting employees go on a daily basis. However, you can provide them with a termination letter stating that they have been involved in theft cases. Please attach reports that have been duly signed by the store/purchase/security department. Also, mention the approximate cost of the products that were recovered from them. This documentation will be valuable in the future if they decide to take any legal action.
