Dear seniors, I am Jaykumar. I have finished my MBA in 2010, and I am a fresher. I have been trying for a job for the past 2 months. I am getting lots of opportunities, but all are for HR recruiter positions. I am unsure if starting my career as an HR recruiter is the right decision as I am eager to begin my career in a manufacturing concern where I can learn not only recruitment but also the full spectrum of HR operations. Please suggest to me, sir. I need your help. Can I start as an HR recruiter, or should I explore other opportunities? Please, sir, help me.
Thank you.

Advice for Starting as an HR Recruiter
If you are starting out as a recruiter, then you should go for it, but please don't join if you are getting this opportunity in a consultancy firm. If it is a corporate role, then you should go for it. Later on, you should try to transition to a smaller firm where you can learn a lot more than being in a large or huge organization.
