Hi all,
Nice to be with my fraternity after a long time. Well, I'm Swathi Rao from Hyderabad with 3.8 years of experience as an HR executive in both IT and non-IT companies.
I worked from March 2005 until December 2008, after which I had to take a break as I was expecting a baby. Now that I have taken care of my family responsibilities, I am eager to restart my career.
I kindly request everyone to inform me about the current job market trends and when would be the best time for me to re-enter the workforce. I have experience as an HR generalist and I am looking for similar opportunities.
Please contact me via email at swathipro@gmail.com for any relevant information.
Warm regards,
Swathi Rao

Hi,
I am currently working on Special Projects (not related to HR) and I am looking at getting back into HR. I have 6 years of experience in HR, primarily in L&D with exposure to PMS, Compensation & Recruitment post my 3-year MHRDM program from JBIMS, Mumbai. Over time, I have lost touch, but I am sure I can pick up the threads quickly.
Reaching out to all Cite HR members for their help and guidance in this regard. Please let me know your suggestions. I am open to opportunities in HR consultancies (non-recruitment) as well.

Let me humbly appeal to all my pals: is it very difficult to restart an HR career, especially for mothers? Please let me know if there are any HR generalist openings in Hyderabad for those with 3+ years of experience. I request everyone to inform me about the mentioned openings at
