Dear Kanchan,

That's good you are pursuing MBA-HR. HR is a wide field and not only limited to selection and recruitment. So, initially, try to engage yourself with placement or outsourcing companies to gain experience, and gradually you will be in a position to place yourself in the corporate.

Best wishes,
Sameer

Hi Kanchan,

I agree with Sameer's suggestions. However, you should first try to get into some branded staffing companies. Small companies have their own advantages and disadvantages. Just think twice and make the right decision.

Thanks,
Santosh
