Can u suggest me about Form 'D' of Factory Act & purpose and utility of that in Factory Act.

Dear sir,

Form D is a register required to be maintained as per Equal Remuneration rules. Basically, this register is to ensure equal remuneration for women and men when they are performing equal duties.

Dear Rahul,

I am employed in a PSU, and as far as I am aware, Form D pertains to the Equal Remuneration Act, wherein you need to record that all men and women employees of the organization are equally paid under each cadre.
