hi, my name is Birendra Kumar Patro.Previously I worked for icici Direct for 2 months as a relationship manager.But due to the documentation problem I being terminated from the company without paying one month salary.I received the termination letter 5 August 2009.I talk with the HR,She told me the I will get the pending salary after 45 days from the terminated date.
From India, Hyderabad it helped me a lot....all of a sudden I was being asked to prepare the full and final settlement for the office,however it helped me doing in a minute or so....thanks again

Dear Mr. R.N. Khola,
Our Nature of Business Telecom Service Provider,That as per section 2 (a) of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, the appropriate government in respect of Central Government and as such the appropriate tribunal to adjudicate the dispute is Central Government Industrial Tribunal. The Labour Court under the state government has no jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate the present dispute as the present reference is bad in law on account of lack of jurisdiction.

I want to know that if a employee left company within 15 days of joining ,so how can HR deduct amount during full & final settlement.
