I am working with garment manufacturing company. Please send the information with exeple (if possible with in excel sheet) of Monthly. Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual returns (PF, ESI,WELFARE, EMPLOYMENT ETC.) by HR Department and how can we fill challan form (if possible please send the attachment).

Her Are The List of Important Returns and Submissions.
PF Monthly Contribution ----- Before 20 th every month for Preceeding month
ESI Monthly Contribution ----- Before 21 st every month for Preceeding month
PF Annual Retun ----- Before 31 st March Every Year
ESI Half Yearly Return ----- Within 42 Days From Ending Cont. Period (Ist Period Apr. to Sep. second Oct to MArch)
HAlf Yearly Return Under Factories Act ---- Before 31 st July for the period Jan. to Dec
Annual Return Under factories Act --- Before 31st Jan for the preceeding Year
Renewal Of Factory License --- November Every Year
List Of Holidays -- To be Sent to Chief Inspector Of Factories By 20th November Every year
Payment of Labour Welfare Fund --- By 31 Dec. Every Year --- Cont. 1 st Dec to 30th Nov.
Consent For Pollution (If Required) March every Year
Also Pls. Find Attached Copy Of ESIC pF Challan.
