Hi Everyone, Greetings for the day!
I have recently joined a new company which was started less than a year ago, i was hired as an HR for framing out policies and make the processes, i am experienced but i have never framed polices or Procedures, my previous company was also a medium sized company and was not following much of the policies. Kindly guide me and send me few sample HR policies and/or ideas to frame R&R policy and Performance Appraisal Management policy, i shall be highly obliged.

Its a start up company in E-commerce industry, We have around 30-40 Employees only but the hiring is in process but it will be less than 100 at any times.
Also, there is no policy as such, i only prepared leave and attendance policy, and bio metric is done now for their attendance.
Please help and share the basic formats so that i can customize it as per my company's requirement.
