I have been shortlisted for ABC MNC Company. Now they have initiated the background check. My concern is here below. I started my career with XYZ Company which is a small company. They hired me as intern and paid mode was cash in hand for first 6 months. Post confirmation they have provided a bank account and also created PF Account. They do not provide any salary slips and Form 16. I have only relieving letter with me and also I have PF passbook with me. I have the bank statement also during that period of time. Question: Will ABC MNC Company will consider my entire tenure in XYZ Company? OR they will consider only the period of time I have the bank account and PF Account? Note: XYZ Company is closed now.
