Hello everyone, I have been working in a start-up for more than a year, and now I have received an offer from a multinational corporation. I have an offer letter, appointment letter, salary slip, increment letter, and experience letter from my previous company. However, I didn't have a PF account, and my previous company is still active. If I do not have a PF account, will there be any problem in doing my background check? Please answer me.

Hi, a multinational corporation will check your past employment details (provided by you) to verify if they are genuine. As long as the given details are correct, there is nothing to worry about. Not having a PF account is not a criterion for Background Verification (BGV).
