After maternity leave one of our staff is joining this month. What is the procedure and rejoining formalities. Any letter from employee or employer is needed to complete the procedure.

It's simple; just take a re-joining letter from the employee. Before going on maternity leave, you may have issued tentative leave dates, and probably the employee has joined on the specified joining date. Also, ask for baby details so that relevant additions may be incorporated for various benefits and under the family category.

Nothing else is needed...

Hi, Apart from collecting formal joining report letter from the employee, please collect the birth certificate also for her personal file purpose.
