An employee of my organization has birth certificate of UK but has PAN & Aadhar of INDIA as well as OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) should be treated as Indian citizen or Overseas for PF.

Hi, By virtue of birth certificate he should be citizen of UK. Please check whether he have PIO Card.
