Dear Member,
Please answer the following query
1. If an employee do not wish to continue investing in EPF scheme during the service period after two 1 year of contribution, is there any provision doing this?
2. If it's not possible to discontinue then should employer terminate and re-hire the employee to complete this compliance at employer's end?
Either way employee do not wish to continue EPF contribution as per his personal reasons and there is no pressure from employer at any case.
Please reply how an employer can help employee in this scenario.

if the establishment has EPF coverage and the employee has a past reocrd of EPF membership, then he can not be excluded in any case, but have to be contributory in all circumstances
