It seems to be becoming more and more challenging to retain employees for prolonged periods in an organisation. Towards this, I would appreciate some valuable suggestions and implementation techniques to execute at our work place so that we can control attrition rate.

The first step towards controlling employee attrition is to do an attrition analysis. Have you done that? If not, then you may refer to my past reply on the similar subject.
