I resigned from a startup during my probation period. But a sketchy clause in the service agreement states that i have to work with them for one year from the date of joining and they demand 3 months of CTC as compensation. But i have denied them this payment and now they have marked me as absconding.
As per the service agreement i am not liable to a notice period as i was still on probation. Will this sketchy clause be of any trouble in my future and my career
Please help as i am looking forward to start with a MNC.

What exactly did clause for exit state?

Sketchy or non sketchy clauses bind one who was worked and signed as accepting.
Please give specific details of service agreement.

But a sketchy clause in the service agreement states that i have to work with them for one year from the date of joining and they demand 3 months of ctc as compensation . - Why you not read that SKETCHY clause before signing the Appointment Letter?But i have denied them this payment - It is your choice and now they have marked me as absconding - It must be Company's practice

Elaborate the clauses especially the sketchy one of your Service Agreement with the startup.
Yes, there is a probability that this might affect your career in the future as a ghost from the past. It is always recommended to keep a clean employment history.
