Sir, as per ESI Reduced contribution, could someone please provide clarification regarding this reduced rate? It is ONLY APPLICABLE TO FIRST-TIME IMPLEMENTED AREAS as per ESIC Letter No 1-11/15/10/2016-ICT dated 15-12-2016.
For the existing employers and employees, should we calculate based on the new rates or not? There seems to be some confusion between first-time implementation and existing contributions.
