    One Mr.X employed as production Design Engineer in ABC Company. One day he was going to company bus at his home after the duty. The driver was driving the bus at very high speed rashly and negligence, attempted to cross the truck without keeping bus to extreme left side. It resulted the collision of right hand side of bus with truck. As a consequences Mr.X suffered with permanent disability as a result of injuries he was not in a position in doing specialized job of designing his works. As the reason he was terminated from his job. He was getting salary 25000 per month. He is able to get compensation or not. On which ground come of the favour Mr.X. I need any judgment related with this. I want to prepare a case on same . Please send me on my mail id

    This is the first time am contacting you. I read your post regarding ID Act,1947 ammendments.
    Let me thank you for posting such ammendments as we hardly get to see the copy of ammendments every time we just hear about the ammendments made.

    I have one query please help me to get it clear.. I want to know the authorities under this Act provide decisions on the disputes whether these decisions are binding on both the parties for a period of 1 year or the period defined by Appropriate govt?

    I ll be very thankfull if you ll provide me with the answer.

    sanjaywan: hello pca - was going thru some of ur comments and was interested to have ur views -- a month back my friend has taken employment with a up coming school in marathwada and signed a one sided employment bond for 2 years- it includes payment of 50 thousand on breach of contract by the employee before 2 years .From the second day of joining they were sent for 10 days training . however things have been very strenuous and my friend is realising that amount of work demanded and long hours are not comensurate with the salary that is being offered.The first pay is due at the end of this month -and my friends intends to refuse to accept it and seek seperation if the terms are not renegotiated . what can be the possible legal implications . what will be ur advice
