basic HR policies cover policy on punctuality and attendance, policy on service conditions like probation, on-boarding confirmation, leave, resignation retirement, termination and policy on conduct and discipline, policy on travel, and health care, policy on incentives rewards and recognition. before turning to this forum, the best way to get any clues on the Hr policy is to approach the management and ask them what exactly they want to be incorporated in HR policies
