Anybody have an idea about Diesel Storage Limit/Permit in Jaipur? What is a Flammable Liquids Storage Permit? Our storage is approximately 150 liters in a drum and 200 liters in a DG set. We use diesel only for the DG set, nothing else.

Diesel Storage Regulations in India
No license is required for diesel storage of less than 1000 liters in any container across India. Diesel falls under Class-B (Flash point between 23 to 65 degrees).
The license for the storage of petroleum products is issued by the Controller of Explosives of respective states, based on THE PETROLEUM ACT 1934 & RULES 2002. Section 7 states that no license is needed for the transport or storage of limited quantities of petroleum Class B, C.
For Class B, storage of less than 2500 liters is allowed. Out of the 2500 liters, any one container should not exceed 1000 liters. For Class C, storage of less than 45000 liters does not require a license.
